What is the benefit of buying ticket from the agency rather than the airline directly?

The tickets available with us are similar to the tickets that the customer will buy / purchase from the airline company itself. The benefit is that the customer can ask for special meal, can demand advance seat assignments and almost every time a customer can accrue rapid flyer mileage. Another advantage is the refundable (with a penalty of cancellation) allowable to the customer.

During the non availability of flights the price show is still there, how is that possible?

We have the mechanism of showing you the cheapest prevailing rate despite non availability of tickets. The availability and non availability of tickets are accounted for after the first step as mentioned above. The purpose of showing the cheapest rate available is only to provide you information regarding the lowest rate available in the market. In case of non availability of tickets, customer always have an option to change the dates for availability of tickets. The benefit of that is that if you call an airline agency and ask for a ticket fare for a specific date they will only tell you the fare of that day rather than giving you an option to choose a day before or day after so you could save a couple due to rate fluctuation.

Is there any option to use credit card of my friend to pay for ticket?

Yes, customer has a choice to use the credit card of their friends, but in that case they have to fill an authorization form duly signed by the card holder.

What is the procedure of cancellation or alteration in ticket?

In case a customer need to cancel or make changes regarding the travelling arrangements before departure, the customer only need to contact us immediately by phone. Mostly, the tickets are refundable minus a cancel fee. In case, the option of refund is available, the conditions will be revealed to the customer on the page where they put their credit card information. For the purpose of alteration we require the ticket back before your departure date and make the change as requested by the customer. In case the requisite changes are made as desired there will be a fee assessed by the airline. In case a customer is desirous of making changes after his departure and still it is allowable then he is required to bring his ticket to the airline office or airport at his destination and they will make the change for him. There will be a change fee engaged as well and the same booking class will have to be available to make this change. All the changes that are mentioned above are same as would have been done by the airline agency itself. But mostly the airline agency does not allow the customers the option of refund for their tickets.

What is the time span to receive a ticket?

The request of customer will be processed within 1 day and shipment in this regard will be made within 5 days via FedEx or any other similar service in case of paper ticket. Now a days, mostly "E" Tickets are available and an Email configuration is sent to the customer.

What is the procedure of payment against the ticket?

All the payments can be made through cash or also by visiting our office. We are also planning to giving payment options through Credit/Debit Card in future.
